Processing & Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Packaging

Because each piece is handcrafted glass, we take extra care in packaging every order. Our artwork is wrapped using protective materials designed to help ensure it arrives safely during transit.

Shipping Damage

While we package every order with great care, glass is inherently fragile, and we cannot guarantee that damage will never occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the original packaging and shipping box

We will work with you to determine the best resolution.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Merrilee Moore Glass Art is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
